Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the Netherlands. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days - €4.95
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days - €9.95
- Store Pickup: Free - Available at our Amsterdam location
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and order weight.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during the ordering process.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed securely through encrypted connections. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers. Payment details are handled by certified payment processors that comply with PCI DSS standards.
Payment Processing
Payment is required before we process and ship your order. For bank transfers, orders will be processed once payment is received and confirmed in our account, which may take 1-2 business days.
Currency
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include 21% VAT (BTW) where applicable, as required by Dutch tax law. The final price you see is the price you will pay, including all applicable taxes.
Tax Information
All prices displayed on our website include 21% Value Added Tax (BTW - Belasting over de toegevoegde waarde) as required by Dutch tax regulations. This tax is included in the displayed price, so the amount you see is the final amount you will pay.
For business customers with a valid VAT number, please contact us before placing your order for tax-exempt pricing options.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details, including:
- Order number
- Items ordered
- Shipping address
- Payment method
- Total amount paid
Please keep this confirmation email for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us.
Order Modifications
