Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email at star@removehip.world or through our contact form).
Return Period
You have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. The return period begins on the day you receive the goods.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Customized or personalized items may have different return conditions as they are made to your specifications.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
- The return must be initiated within the 14-day return period
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or if the product has been damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Cost of Return Shipping
If you are returning a product due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage during shipping), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you are exercising your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
If you are returning a product for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect size selection, etc.), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us: Email us at star@removehip.world or use our contact form to notify us of your intention to return the product. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive authorization: We will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 2-3 business days.
- Package the item: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the return: Send the package to the address provided in the return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please do not send the product back to us without prior authorization, as we may not be able to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products that have been specifically made to your specifications
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging or missing components
- Products returned after the 14-day return period
- Gift cards or digital products

Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy.
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
Custom orders may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Refund Procedure
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, we will reimburse you for all payments received, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
You will receive the full purchase price. If you exercised your right of withdrawal, you will also receive reimbursement of standard delivery costs (unless you chose a more expensive delivery option).
Rejected Refunds
If your refund is rejected, we will notify you with the reason. Common reasons for rejection include:
- Product does not meet return conditions
- Return period has expired
- Product is non-returnable (customized items)
- Missing original packaging or components
If your refund is rejected, we will return the product to you at your expense, or you may arrange to collect it from our store.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
This ensures you receive the correct product quickly and allows us to process returns more efficiently.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Do not use or attempt to repair damaged products, as this may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
